A Practical Look At Apps

Case Study (Included With Our Premium Package): A Practical Look At Apps

If you are unfamiliar with Apps, below is a working example of the convenience of what a great App can do.

Let’s take a look at three scenarios:

The Actual USA Today Newspaper: If you want to read this newspaper, you must subscribe, pay and have it delivered to your door. The information you read from the actual newspaper is from the previous day’s news. If you want to find an article or take the paper to work it is bulky and can be an inconvenience to carry around.

The USA Today website (on your mobile device): If you want to stay up-to-date on what is going on throughout the day you need to have an Internet connection and launch a mobile web browser. Then you have to either type in the URL or click on “Bookmarks” to access the web page and hope that the site is optimized for mobile devices.

The App experience: You click the USA Today App Icon on your screen and the latest articles are at the top of the App in various categories make it very easy to navigate to your topic of interest. Once you click on an article to read, the article is formatted to the maximum size of the screen so you can easily read the article and share information via article via Twitter, Facebook, e-Mail and Text.

All the information you need is quickly formatted the way you want it, all on your smartphone. Suddenly, a newspaper App has made reading the newspaper more fun, interactive, and social.
